Warranty

1.1 The Manufacturer provides a limited warranty covering material and manufacturing defects of the Ovo Compact Kitchens and their components, according to the following structure:

Grill Unit

Stainless Steel Covers
Warranty period: 5 years
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects of covers made of stainless steel.

Stainless Steel Grates
Warranty period: 5 years
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects of stainless steel grates.

Other Grill Components
Warranty period: 2 years
The warranty applies to all remaining components and parts of the grill not specified above.

 

 

Kitchen Structure (non-grill elements)

Kitchen Housing / Cabinet Structure
Warranty period: 2 years
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects of the kitchen body and structural components.

Cosentino Stone Surfaces
Manufacturer’s warranty period: 2 years
The Manufacturer provides a 2-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects.
Additional warranty coverage of up to 25 years may be granted directly by Cosentino, subject to product registration and in accordance with Cosentino’s own warranty terms and conditions.

1.2. The warranty period is calculated from the date of sale of the product to the end customer, as indicated on the sales invoice.

1.3. The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from:

• improper installation or use inconsistent with the user manual,
• mechanical damage, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications,
• normal wear and tear,
• damage caused by external factors or force majeure.

1.4. Warranty claims must be submitted in accordance with the Manufacturer’s official service and complaint procedure and must be supported by proof of purchase and appropriate documentation.
